📜 Terms of Service

Welcome to LoveBite | Modern Pet Care Manager. By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Pexally LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the LoveBite | Modern Pet Care Manager platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access most features of LoveBite | Modern Pet Care Manager, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
  • Keep your password and account login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free Trial: All new users are offered a 15-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • Billing: After the trial period ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically be charged. Our standard rates are $5.99 per month for the monthly plan or $66.00 per year for the annual plan ($5.50/month equivalent).
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use LoveBite | Modern Pet Care Manager responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security or integrity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, logos, and software on the LoveBite | Modern Pet Care Manager platform are the exclusive property of Pexally LLC and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial pet management. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LoveBite | Modern Pet Care Manager is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pexally LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Data deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of LoveBite | Modern Pet Care Manager after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
